I was in the park this morning, leaning on my canes and taking a short rest break when I noticed a small cardboard sign in some bushes to my left. If I didn't have MS, I would have been walking at a normal speed and I wouldn't have seen the sign which read FREE RASPBERRIES, HELP YOURSELF. Some lov...

Luckily my mental faculties haven't been negatively affected and I was able to go back to school and get my Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. I'm a trauma counsellor who helps people living with MS and ...

NEW MS BLOG | “Am I Invisible?” by @Rubysoho_87 Even prior to my diagnosis when I didn’t know why I was unwell, I was having to cancel plans more often. When I was feeling good, I’d do too much and burn out (which is something I can still be guilty of, but I’m much better than I used to be!) I w...

In your opinion, what is the most important MS supplement?

If you could only pick one above all others? I'm going with vitamin D, it can be in scarce supply here in the UK! P.S. caffeine isn't a supplement, it's a basic biological need 😂

Leg left behind 😂

Anyone got any tip for a leg that just feels so heavy and when walking it feels like your leaving it behind. It started a couple of days ago. MS nurses now aware and I’m awaiting an MRI.
