Long walks & leg spasticity

This is probably going to sound quite basic but I wanted to understand how to handle my left leg spasticity better. I exercise a lot and squat/deadlift very heavy which I can handle no problem but I’m on a two month solo Australia trip at the moment and doing a significant amount of walking in the b...

Cannabis vs Spasticity

I have a baclofen pump to help ease persistent spasticity in my legs. I'm concerned that if I up the dosage any more that it will remove all of the tone from my legs, making standing/transfers even more difficult. I'm hoping somebody here can share some experiences treating spasticity with cannabis...

Magnesium cream for spasticity?

Just wondering if magnesium can help muscle cramps. I try stretching, when I remember, and it helps a bit. Just trying to ease a symptom. Any comments gladly received. 👍

spasticity

Does anyone take anything or do anything for spasticity. I take 1 muscle relaxer in the morning and 1 at night. My right ankle stiffs up. I do my stretching in the morning but later around noon time my ankle stiffs up again.

Spasticity

Hi all Stumnler don't shout at me lol I was wondering how spasticity if it's what I am experiencing, develops? Does it stay mild for some people? Does it come and go? Does it flare up and can it be part of a relapse or something that occurs alongside the disease? Any experience anyone?

Spasticity?

Hi everyone, just wondering if this sounds like spasticity? I wake up and my calf’s feel a bit tight. Like I have been on a long run this day before. My balance is off and I feel the need to sit down. A lot. My legs feel shattered? Does this sound like spasticity 🤷‍♀️???

Spasticity?

The past couple of nights, I have woken with my bicep hurting. Felt tight. Not really a cramp. It felt like I couldn’t extend my arm. Is that “spasticity”? Sincerely, New to this stuff

Spasticity?

My calf’s feel like I have run a race (not a marathon, because I have never done that, 😂). They are achey. Is it spasticity or maybe a lack of salt🤷‍♀️? I have been waking up early in the morning with calf cramps. It is very hot 🥵 in the UK. I guess I could increase salt and see. Does it sound ...

Spasticity?

My calf’s feel like they are cramped for half a day. Is this mild spasticity? Luckily it is not painful, just I am aware of it. It feels like the day after a long run. Can spasticity be mild, or is it always painful and uncomfortable 🤷‍♀️. Thanks 🙏.

Does anyone else get muscle tightness anywhere else others than there legs. My back neck and so tight. Especially my peck area. I don't now if I'm having a relapse because my shoulder has gone weak and the tightness over the last 4 weeks has been increasing.
