My walking has been lousy for a few months.
Today my neurologist said the way I’m moving means I’ve got spasticity.
Any advice to help sort this?

Does anyone take anything or do anything for spasticity. I take 1 muscle relaxer in the morning and 1 at night. My right ankle stiffs up. I do my stretching in the morning but later around noon time my ankle stiffs up again.
