Vascular insufficiency

So since I had COVID almost a year to the day and had the fun delta variant I've noticed my legs retaining water. Treatment and contraception

Hi all, I have been on Avonex since I was diagnosed last year. I was told that the pills are rarely prescribed to young women because of possible pregnancy and that it would be better for me to use injections. I'm 100% sure that I don't want to have children, but I didn't mentioned it to my doctor ...

Diagnosed on Monday

Hi got my official diagnosis on Monday, was told in September that it was most probably MS but needed a lumbar puncture to confirm. So got that and a load of information about different drugs, back on the 4th December to tell them which one I’ve chosen 🤷‍♀️. Anyway I enjoy reading all your posts.

Poll: What was your main consideration when choosing an MS treatment?

Hey peeps 👋 Billy from Shift.ms here. I wanted to get your thoughts and opinions as we've had lots of new members join us recently. I feel like I got quite lucky with picking my MS treatment. DMT or Not. If so, which one? 🤷‍♀️

I’m at the point where I’m being offered DMTs. When I ask the nurse “what would happen if I don’t take them”. She’s says no one can answer that because everyone is different. I’m thinking there surely must be some data, which shows the risk of decline without them? Or else how would they know that t...

I don't know what's happening. PIRA, relapse or SPMS?

Hello! My name is Paul and I'm from Romania. I've been misdiagnosed since 2012. My relapses looked like this: I don't know if the first two were linked to MS or other problem. First - Dec 2012: Pain in both feet after exposure to cold. I was walking outside and some cold water infiltrated my shoes. ...
