MS Treatment

Multiple sclerosis is a lifelong condition with no cure, but there are a range of treatments available to help you manage your symptoms and slow disease progression. Treatment with disease modifying therapies (DMTs) varies for the three different types of MS; speak to your MS team about what you are eligible for.

If you are eligible for treatment, getting on one as soon as possible after diagnosis has been proved to lead to better long-term health outcomes. It isn’t always easy to make difficult decisions quickly after diagnosis; seek out support from your healthcare team and the MS community who have been where you are now.
