Asking for an MRI?

So, I’ve finally gotten an appointment with a neuro nurse and then my neurologist at the end of this month (a week apart). I’ve been on plegridy for a year, have relapsed and haven’t had an mri since December 2021. The last neuro nurse I spoke to on the phone was quite rude and told me ‘you only get...

MRI showing new disease activity.

Had the results from my last MRI and there is new disease activity on my spine.. my neurologist says he's not concerned and believes it is from before I started Kesimpta. There's no new lesions on my brain. Trying to be positive about it but it goes feel like a kick to the stomach. Hopefully Kesimpt...

MRI results.

Hey everyone. I hope you are all alright. I have been looking through my medical records today for something else and I came across the results from my latest MRI scan. Which I did not know we're available yet. It says that I have more lesions in both my brain and my spinal cord than I did on my la...

Thoracic Spine MRIs?

Hi I am wondering if any of you have a routine/annual MRI on your Thoracic Spine (T Spine)? I have annual MRIs of my head and neck (c-spine) but never the Thoracic Spine. I find it odd as that was where most of my lesions were located when I was diagnosed. If you are checking for progression wh...

MRI results by letter. Unexpected and worried.

Hi all, so I have been under the radar since my 20’s for MS after optic neuritis episodes etc etc. Recently I went for another MRI brain and cervical and was supposed to have an appointment with a neurologist Monday of this week where, I would get the results. My appointment got cancelled at short n...

MRI

Hi, I'm still waiting on my MRI results a week and a half later and am getting increasingly anxious about my results. The person running the MRI (can't remember what the job title) is nor the nurse told me next steps and the neurologist didn't tell me what would happen either... Can anyone kindly h...

MRI tomorrow

I’m finally having my head and c-spine mri tomorrow. I’m scared. Scared of the scan itself, scared of the results. Can’t quite relax this evening.
