MS and mental health

I have always struggled with my mental health, however since my MS diagnosis in December 2021, my mental health has took a serious beating. It sounds silly to say, but I just feel so alone and like nobody understands. I cant talk to family and friends about it because I just feel like a burden and...

Do you think your MS diagnosis came with a free mental health issue?

Just wondering if anybody else has changed mentally also, I suffer badly with anxiety now and cannot bare loud noises, traffic, shouting even laughing! I love staying indoors now and living like a queen. Total opposite from what I used to be x

Mental Health

Hi all, What's your most brain squishing problem since you were diagnosed? I don't mean MS symptoms, rather the affects on your mental health? I'm struggling again and find myself crying and/or getting very short tempered with people who 'self diagnose' or use their illness as an excuse. Not gre...

MS and mental health

Is anyone else here with MS also under a MH team? The Gabapentin I'm taking for neuropathic pain has been confiscated by CPN because of being a suicide risk. Being in pain and lack of sleep is really not going to help with that...!

Fatigue and mental health

Anyone found anything that helps with the fatigue? Been struggling in this relapse since June and has hugely impacted my life.
