Has anyone had benefits from cutting out meat?
I heard that cutting down on/cutting meat out of your diet can slow the progression of MS. Has anyone found that it's helped their symptoms at all please?

Hi @themsteacher It sounds like you have got some iffy advice there. Sounds like it may be part of one of the “diets”. Been diagnosed 7 years and not been told that. We are all different and have different triggers. Eat what you want but in moderation (take enjoyably where you can) and only follow medical pointers from professionals
I've been veggie for 42 years, I still developed MS!! Smoking is the worst thing, if you do, stop. Being veggie is great for your overall health as long as you eat plant based, not processed veggie junk. Stopping dairy is great, you will produce less mucus and sleep better. Try it for 4 weeks and see how you feel.
