Question - vertigo symptoms?

Hi all, I had what I was told was vertigo, six months before my initial dx back in 2019. I’ve woke up this morning, and have that same feeling again. Can’t lift my head up without feeling like I’m on a waltzer🤯🤯 Any one got any thoughts on how best to relieve the symptoms?

Anyone else called BS on this MS?? I had no symptoms prior to a car accident where I was T-bones but everybody I’ve talked to about it. Claims to it have not have came from that. There’s no record of me ever needing to see a doctor specialist or anything until then..

New symptoms on holiday

Currently on holiday and was out for a walk/hike in the mountains today. Its meant to be a pretty easy hike, but ended up slipping (not hurting myself). Was that my MS or just me being a clutz? I’m dealing with MS-related foot drop and persistent nerve symptoms (tingling, cold sensation on the top of the foot). I appreciate the advice about keeping the dorsiflexor muscles active and using an AFO when necessary.My main issue isn’t just muscle weakness though — it feels like the nerve signals themselves aren’t fully getting through, which is causing the tingling and cold feeling.Has anyone actually restored the nerve signaling enough to get rid of foot drop?If so, what specifically helped — therapy approaches, electrical stimulation, medications, or other treatments that improved the nerve signal itself?

Symptoms

In the last couple of days numbing has been ramping up. Half of my face hands and feet are numb. Not a new feeling but recurring. The last time I felt was October. Is this flare or relapse? I will be telling my doctor.

I was just curious can you have symptoms without having new elisions??? I have a mri in October but I had one I think back in June. I had my fist orcrevus treatment in September.
