relapse or just every day symptoms?

Every day I seem to have a combination of MS symptoms. I am new to all of this- can anyone share how they tend to have an idea of how to tell the difference between the start of a relapse and just the normal MS symptoms that I have daily?

Have your MS-symptoms ever been downplayed?

I've only received my diagnosis 6 months ago, and I've already heard it all. "My friend's niece's dogsitter's sister got MS and they're doing just fine, so you're obviously overreacting" That's why I've started painting my symptoms.
