Hi All, I just wondered if anyone is attempting to or is controlling their MS through dietary changes?? I have been reading Roy Laver Swank and Barbara Brewer Dugans book "The Multiple Sclerosis Diet Book." The diet essentially encourages you to avoid animal fats, almost no dairy and replace it wit...

Time for a better diet

I've decided I need to make some changes to my diet. I eat too much rubbish and think its time to cut down/out on red meat, packaged meals etc. Does anyone follow any good diets? I don't want to go too 'extreme' as I enjoy food too much, just a little more balanced... any ideas v.welcome!

My Ketogenic Diet

I want to share my experiences with everyone about my ketogenic diet. The Keto diet is very low in carbohydrates and high in healthy fats with a medium protein intake, and it is designed to put you into ketosis, which makes your body burn fat for energy, instead of glucose. The benefits can be ama...

MS and Diet

Has anyone here tried to go on a dairy-free and gluten-free diet to help improve or alleviate their MS symptoms? I hear so much about MS practically being "cured" when a person gets all dairy and gluten out of their diet. Has anyone tried it and how well did it work?
