Exercise!!!

My advice to others like me(MSer), exercise consistently and regularly! So important mentally and physically. Exercise safely. Use a partner if it helps to feel more secure. Falling is not good. Together, we can make a difference and be seen. 💪🦾

Exercise

What is a good exercise routine that is easy to follow? I’m starting tomorrow, because I need to gain strength back in my arms and legs and of course I want to lose weight :) By the new year I’m hoping to start a good exercise routine that will not make me over do myself!

EXERCISE FOR BRAIN RECOVERY

There are studies proving that physical exercise is as good for our brains as it is for our bodies. That comes as a disappointment to those of us who prefer a sedentary lifestyle (like me). Luckily for us, cognitive exercises like brain teasers, puzzles and games are also very good for our brains. S...
