Exercise progressive ms

Just ended a 16 weeks of intensive training, 3 times a week, for clinical research. I am very exited about this research goal. Looking if intensive musletraining can slow down the deterioration. It didn’t get worsening and i feel very good.

What exercise do you do?

I was a very active person before I was diagnosed (3 weeks ago) and I thought that getting back into exercise would help me recover. I died a light swim session today - max 25 minutes - and I’m now fatigued beyond belief. What do you do to stay active?
