Getting a Mountain Bicycle for Exercise

I'm getting a new mountain bike on Monday to help with light exercise to start off with. I went with a mountain bike with full suspension because I have a bad back and the suspension will soak up the bumps. I haven't ridden a bicycle for almost 10 years and back then I was healthy. I use to do a pa...

I'm waiting for my MRI it's been about a 3 month turn around with a misdiagnosis of vit B12 deficiency at first to now being a MS diagnosis just needing confirmation with the MRI! This came on very suddenly no warnings at all, l...

Exercise bike?

Was talking to a neighbour last night, he was a Rugby coach/physio for many years. He suggested getting an exercise bike, no way I could ride a 'normal' bike as I have no balance! What do you think? Find it hard to swim as problems with my numb arm, plus driving to pool as vision problems and ...

Although I'm much improved, I still struggle with being 'upright' over extended periods of time. Sitting is harder than standing. Whe...

Wow. When I posted my first post I didn't even notice the search option. 198 results on foot drop lol. Well, my question this time is if you exercise your head off (foot drop-specific exercises), can you make up for years of not knowing what was going on?Or I don't stand a chance?
