I was a very active person before I was diagnosed (3 weeks ago) and I thought that getting back into exercise would help me recover. I died a light swim session today - max 25 minutes - and I’m now fatigued beyond belief.
What do you do to stay active?
Just ended a 16 weeks of intensive training, 3 times a week, for clinical research.
I am very exited about this research goal.
Looking if intensive musletraining can slow down the deterioration.
It didn’t get worsening and i feel very good.
Looking for advice on low impact exercise 's. I need to start being more physically active, but dont want to make things worse or be out of commision from exercising.
Any advice would be appreciated,
Which activities/sports do you do to exercise ?
I’ve just started swimming ( I can’t swim but do exercises in the shallow end)😀
Been looking for new ideas to stay fit and hopefully get outside more when possible
