There are two main issues, frequency and urgency. That could be needing to go to the toilet a lot, urgently running to the bathroom or not needing to visit the toilet much. These are sensitive issues, but we're all in this together and the Speakeasy forum is the place to share with those who understand.

Bladder and bowel issues

Hi all, After a recent (just before Christmas) 6 days in hospital with uro-sepsis I have now found myself having to self catheterize due to urine retention! Following on from that I am now also finding it more and more difficult to naturally empty my bowels as I'm constantly feeling constipated! Do...

Blue Radar Key, i had never heard of it

Last night i got introduced to the RADAR key which is used to unlock accessible bathrooms in the UK and is frequently used in stadiums and other large venues. Very useful if your bladder and bowels are as anarchic as... mine. Has anyone had experience with these, at a fiver this seems a good invest...

Bladder choices - SNS anyone?

Hello 👋 new here, please be nice. I've been living with MS a while, and have declining bladder and bowel function which is causing fun issues. I've been offered SNS as a longer term solution to botox. I'm wondering what experience others have had? Issues? Unexpected consequences? Benefits? Thx

Stupid Bladder...

I had to to pee Real Bad and there was a line so I went in the sink. I was shamed and I think I creeped out my new friend. I'm depressed about my pending MS diagnosis and I'm stressed in not going to be able to do the things that spark joy. The bladder and bowel stuff are totes lame! 🤬
