Just need advice only just been diagnosed with ms and very confused. I didn’t know ms comes in 3 different stages and I was told I’m in the RRMS stage but I’m hurting off balanced and tried all the time can the stages change at any time

Hi all, i was diagnosed with RRMS in 2022 . Since the diagnosis I’ve had some good days. Some bad days, but fatigue and pain has always been a constant. Do yall suffer from fatigue and pain ? How do you work through it .

Feeling really crappy all the time.Constantly fatigued, no energy. Short tempered and sometimes think to myself if it wasn't for my kids i would just give up. Anyone else have these feelings?. RRMS.

Hey, So been told I have 3 inflammations in my back of mid spine T5 and C3/C4 level. Its RRMS. Does anyone have any tips to help relieve symptoms, diet or exercises I can do?? Been told I could be waiting up to 18 weeks now to be seen by the MS specialist. Thank you Jade
