The 10 metre walk of shame

Totally ignoring the fact of bladder issues worsening, fatigue worsening, having to go part time.......the takeaway was that because you walked 10 metres 1 second faster than nearly 12 months ago, everything is stable. Thanks, love a PB, didn't realise that was so vital.
