Wild swimming?

Does anyone wild swim? Are there benefits for MS or any other benefits? I would love to hear people’s experience. I heard cold water swimming (safely, of course) may have health benefits? I am also looking at staying active for as long as possible. I guess swimming is a good way of doing that 🤷‍♀️....
