Staying active

I was active. I had a set back due to stress and life, divorce. Now that I'm trying to get back at it. It seems harder than ever. Any advice on what helps you? Motivation? Which exercises? I'm currently doing PT and OT through home health. But I would love to start running again. All of my doctors were against it. However when I've felt my best was in 2020, running 5ks each week. That took a long time of training and mental strength that I've not yet reached.

I would highly recommend checking out Aaron Boster on YouTube. I’d check out TheMSGym on YouTube too. The exercises range from small and easy to perform exercises, to more strenuous; to help you build towards that goal.
