Tackling symptoms through cycling

Went through 3 pretty bad relapses over the last year and a bit but I am now back on my bike 5/6 times a week. I absolutely love staying active so to be diagnosed earlier this year was a shock at first but now being back to a regular routine, I have a new found appreciation for my mobility. I started an instagram page to document my recovery but I have found it incredibly good to document my symptoms, daily ms living and staying in touch with fellow Msers and people suffering with other chronic illnesses.
