Help! My partner knows of brain fog yet hates when I use it "as an excuse" when he asks, "What was i just saying" when he's telling me sonething intimate/petsonal about himself. Hello everyone, I just have a question. I’m not sure if I have MS but I wanna talk to my doctor about it because I am in constant pain and I’m always extremely tired. I’ve tried taking vitamins and immune boosting supplements but nothing works. In 2007 I had a TIA stroke and was told I have three calcified areas on my brain and white matter change . I was also told I have fibromyalgia, but I don’t believe it. I am in constant pain and always tired, brain fog, trouble concentrating. Could it possibly be MS??

Brain fog or worse

Does anyone else have the worst brain fog? Ive always been a list maker. Now I make the list and forget where it is or forget to even make it. Then I'll find the pen and paper.

Good evening everybody so my symptoms are still here. I have recently started doing turmeric and a super B supplement for my nerve damage and it seems to be helping my normal pain level is four but with turmeric and the super B supplement along with my normal prescriptions from the doctor Dropped my normal pain level to a number two on the pain scale my flareups are still severe, but they happen less often, and this is coming from a person that apothecary was a bunch of bow honky but I decided to give apothecary a shot got the 250 apothecary book and noticed there were certain things in there that would help MS symptoms so I have been researching it more and more. I know everything that has happened cannot be reversed, but I have found a way to not notice it as much, and my pain level has dropped when I overexert myself the recovery time for my body is a little quicker. I have been researching a book. My grandmother wrote about the plants in herbs that grew in Vermont and I have taking it further by researching the apothecary book and the plants and native treatments and now I am starting to believe that the apothecary ways and the Native American herbalist books are not a bunch of croc some of the stuff in there actually works, but I still suggest listening to your doctors as well because I am still taking my normal prescriptions, but I am also finding the herbs and seasonings or plants that will help my prescriptions work better. I am almost completely off my pain medication. The brain fog is still there but at least when I am cooking, I can still remember what I am doing, but I can definitely tell if I miss a day with my routine. I just thought I had to share thatthe apothecary book and the Amish ways book actually have stuff that can help us and they are not a bunch of croc.

Hey everyone 👋 I’m Dylan, a 38-year-old guy living with MS out here in Saskatchewan. I run a legal weed dispensary (yes, I’m that guy), and I use dark humor, sarcasm, and a whole lot of cannabis to get through the weirdness that is life with MS.I figured it was time to find a space with people who get it the fatigue, the brain fog, the “oh cool, my leg’s just doing its own thing now” moments. I’m just here to connect, share some laughs (the darker the better), and not feel like I’m the only one in the snow belt dealing with this.If you're in or around Saskatchewanor even if you're not say hi. I don’t bite. Unless it's a bad MS day and my jaw spasms. (Kidding. Mostly.)Looking forward to getting to know some fellow weirdos on this ride
