Tysabri (natalizumab) is a disease modifying treatment (DMT) for highly active relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis. Tysabri is given as an intravenous infusion (drip), usually once every four weeks and trials have shown that it reduces the number of relapses experienced by around 70%.Find out how other MSers have managed their condition using Tysabri MS treatment and ask any questions you might have.

High jcv+ level, Tysabri and Gilena

Hi. I've been on Tysabri for over 7 years. My jcv+ level is 3.5, which I'm told is high. I've been told I may have to come off Ty to go on a tablet, Gilena, I think it's possibly called. Has anyone had to do this and how effective it is in comparison? Thank you

Starting Tysabri?!

So, a bit of a backstory on my situation.. I was diagnosed in November 2021 with RRMS. I received my diagnosis after having numbness and tingling in both arms and legs and suffering optic neuritis which pretty much completely took my vision in my left eye. Luckily I got my vision back and it’s just ...
