Tysabri - 6 weeks

Hi! Hope Saturday is being good to you! I moved to my 4 week Tysabri dose to every 6 weeks in August/September 2023... and wondering if anyone else did, and if so, how you're getting on with it? (I felt the 'need' for it in the week running up to infusion and have has repeat old symptoms', JCV went up too) ... Also concerned re. Tyruko efficacy and if all the same tests re moving to 6 weeks really applies to Tyruko too.. keen to hear your experiences and views :-)

Tyruko's efficacy seems to be the same as Tysabri (from memory Tyruko was slightly better but that's likely a statistical fluke). As for the frequency, no change here (London, Charing Cross) except we are now on 4 weekly rather than once a month (which could've meant sometimes five weeks would pass between infusions). I'm still not convinced about the efficacy being the same, but with higher JCV titers, it's prolly a good idea. It stinks, I know.

I went from 4-6 weeks after nearly a year of monthly. Can't see any difference 😕. Hope you're OK.
