Brain collapse!

Don’t know if this is MS related or mental health! I have important life changing decision to make urgently about buying and moving to a retirement flat, great place but very expensive and not on bus route. Better for my safety and security, but can’t work out practicalities. Not good to stay where ...

I’d love to hear about your experience.I work at a company that really pushes everyone to their limits. Most days I’m putting in 10–12 hours. Then I come home to three kids (12, 7, and 3), and there’s homework, activities, and just spending time with them. My wife does most of the heavy lifting at home. Honestly, all I dream about during the day is just some quiet and sleep. How do you manage the daily grind? Do you set goals for work, family, or yourself? Do you try to work on your skills, learn new things, or pick up new languages?Sometimes I notice that all these goals and self-improvement efforts feel completely meaningless. At meetings, we talk about ambitious new targets, but all I can think about is peace and sleep. Even when planning weekends with the kids, my mind just wants the same thing: quiet and rest.I’m really curious—how do you stay motivated to live fully, take action, and chase your goals?

MS has been the BEST thing to happen to me!

I was diagnosed with MS in 1999. I have Primary Progressive MS. I hit "rock bottom" because I lost my health, my career, my house, my wife, everything. I had to start over, but that's when I realized now that I CAN'T work... I focused on the fact that I don't HAVE to work. I was able to travel every...

Offered a place in a CAR-T trial – anyone have experience?

So… Ocrevus didn’t work for me, Lemtrada was amazing but I can’t have any more, and now I’ve been offered a spot in a CAR-T trial. I know it’s still pretty experimental, but I’ve been reading about the KYV-101 stuff and it sounds promising. Has anyone here actually done it or know someone who has? ...

Managed 3.6 miles before my legs gave up

The rough ground made it very difficult, the loud noises made me extremely dizzy but managed to make it around nearly all of the Steam fair (which was more old trucks and land rovers) before my legs decided it was time to give up and go home.... I had to stop and rest every few paces. Glad I did it ...
