Flexibility & Yoga?

Hello My legs feel so tight all of the time & can't seem to shift it. I thought about trying yoga but there are so many different types of it so I don't know where to start. Does anyone recommend any specific types of yoga to help increase my muscle flexibility and to help them stop being so tight?...

I have 3 neurologist to treat me....they all suggest everything different. Like one doctor said Do not take Calcium Carbonate...other said Take Rejunex instead of it. Some said do Yoga and other one said do only walking not Yoga it can worsen your symptom. What should I do?
