A heartfelt goodbye and thank you 💚

Dear Shift.ms friends, you know, it's quite a thing to find yourself at a loss for words. When I joined Shift.ms two years ago, I was still finding my footing after my MS diagnosis. I was a bit of a ship lost at sea. But this incredible community was the lighthouse. Tomorrow is my last day at Shif...

When I was a kid I used to go to bed at 9pm. I couldn’t wait to be grown up so I could go to bed anytime I wanted. Now I am grown up I’ve realised that time is 9pm.

Who is your support network?

People often mention how important their support networks are. My partner is supportive but doesn't have anyone to add to the support. Going it alone…

I’ve recently made the decision to end my marriage, so now it’s just me and my 5 year old son at home.
