Who is your support network?

People often mention how important their support networks are. My partner is supportive but doesn't have anyone to add to the support. I have friends but only a couple of them live nearby, and they all have their own lives to deal with but they do help when they can. I have multiple conditions on top of MS and I so often feel like I really need practical help. Who makes up your support network? How do you get the practical help you need?
@NeedMoreSleep

Hmm, @NiceCupOfTea - my neighbors and their kids have been great. They help me and Mrs. NeedMoreSleep carrying heavy stuff and with outdoor work. My in-laws have been outstanding, whereas my family have been less so. When stuff gets really challenging we use Task Rabbit although we're thinking of signing up for a home maintenance service too. For me the most difficult part is being comfortable asking for help. Have you ever noticed that some people make asking for help easy? My in-laws are like that. You truly get the sense that they really like to help and that in a way you're doing them a favour by asking. It's weird, but true, and I'm thankful for their charitable mindset.

I don't have a support network,. I have most of my family asking me what's wrong with me and after I tell miguel that's not disease
