@kesimpta users

I was wondering how often do you get ill, as in colds and or other illness. I have 2 kids(6 and 1) and I'm about to start Kesimpta the day after tomorrow. I'm a bit scared because I am prone to get ill currently, and I'm scared it's going to be worse🤦‍♀️😞

Possible symptoms and pregnancy

I'm currently 5 months pregnant and I've been quite stable with my MS for the last 2 years or so. My issue is that I've recently been experiencing numb areas and reduced sensation on the left side of my face. I have spoke to my neurologist and they suspect a 'aura headache', so something which is g...

New procedure scared

I have been using intermittent self catheterization for three years. My doctor tells me next year I have to undergo cystoscopy as the isc puts me at a higher cancer risk. I’m so stressed to think about a higher cancer risk and having to undergo another scary procedure. Has anyone has cystoscopy? How...

Severe stomach pain

Has anyone else experienced severe abdominal pain requiring you to go to hospital? I’ve had a lot of tests and even surgery to find out the problem but nothing is coming back. I was just wondering has anyone else ever experienced this type of issue: severe bloating, inability to eat, nausea, vomitin...

Fear of head mri

Hi everyone, I have been diagnosed with ms since 2010. My last few mri I feel very anxious, very strange as I have had head, spine, mri in past and been okay. First time ride in an ambulance!

Had another incident where my legs just gave up on me temporarily today so as advised I phoned 111 (to be hones I was told to ring 999 but let's be honest that's a bit OTT). As I imagined they sent an ambulance and after a quick chat with two lovely ladies I was on my first ambulance trip to the hos...

Support for children of MSers

Hello! I have a nine year old daughter who I think would benefit from some kind of childrens’ support group, where she could chat to other kids of MSers. Is there anything like this around? I’ve had MS for many years but am newly diagnosed after a raft of misdiagnoses, so I’m only just getting to gr...

Cured

After 2 years of mavenclad, my lesions are not multiplying. One got bigger, one got smaller. My neurologist lost count of lesions after 10. Last doc appointment I had, the lead doctor explained that ALL of my symptoms are explained, because I am old. I've asked for another doctor, but was told eit...
