My almost 17 year old daughter has MS. She us currently on rituximab for treatment. Her diagnosis happened in November 2023. She's been doing okay but has had some issues with dizziness and falling. Currently she expressed that she is having feelings of "things not being real" and is really emotional. Has anybody gone through this and if so, how long does it last or should I tell her doctor about this?
