After taking my almost 2 years old from his crib, my shoulder and back got crazy stabbing pain, I feel like hot pain, and I could not move at all. Not even breathing. I am not sure is this happen because I carry him in a wrong way to it is MS. I got diagnosed in 2013 after I had double vision. Since then I didn’t took any medication. I had another attack on 2018 but I had no symptoms. I am so afraid of this new MS attack. I have little toddlers I have to take care of them :(. How is MS pain?

Temperature Regulation

Does anyone else have a hard time actually being able to warm up? I also get hot flushes and can’t cool myself down. Any advice for staying at a neutral temperature would be great. I’m 29 and live in the North of England where it’s always grey, cold & raining 🙈

Cannabis

Maybe I'm not up to date on this app but I was scrolling through some posts about pain and I was surprised that cannabis is rarely mentioned for pain management, sleep and general wellbeing. Personally it's made a massive difference in my own battle over the years for the better and I'm just surpris...

Nobbly plastic or smooth metal hand rims on self propelled wheelchair?

Hi wheelchair using folk! I’ve tried a couple of lightweight, self-propelled wheelchairs (in Careco) and can’t decide if it will be best to get smooth metal hand rims- downside being they will be cold in the winter and potentially really hot in the summer. Or, plastic, nobbly rims- not so cold on ...

When I feel hot, I feel like i am about to pass out. N my jaw and neck and my eye is starting to see spots. And out of the blue, I am feel...

Vertigo

Hi! I have pretty extreme vertigo. I have done therapy for it and it helped a lot but it comes and goes. I had a test done where they blow hot and cold air into your ears. And my left side had a much weaker response. I am still waiting to get into an ENT to figure that out. Anybody else have experi...
