Hot & Cold
I know how the cold weather affects me, I get a lot of pain. However, I’ve been under the impression that I’m not affected by heat or hot weather. That being said, today’s weather has been lovely, and I felt nothing but fatigue whenever I’ve tried to do anything and remembered that a hot bath can leave me feeling quite exhausted. I just wondered how heat affects you guys? I’m trying to pay more attention to things I may not have noticed before or things I explained away.
I have no problem with cold or hot weather. But when its extremely hot or cold thats when it causes health problems
I would rather be in 72 degrees or higher at all times. When this can’t happen, I feel much more sensory icy cold burning pain in my hands and feet. I guess we just have to listen to our body and react. Sometimes even the lightest puff of a cool breeze triggers my overall COLD to the touch response. I have started taking my temperature and realized that when at its worst, my temp will be 96.5-97.5. This has to mean SOMETHING is going on. And, yes, I do believe it is MS related. You might take your temp too and ask your doctor about the results.
