Grrr...
OK, this is kinda a lame post but I'm just kinda irritated. One of my most annoying symptoms, which seems very much triggered by stress, is that my feet get sore. It feels like a tight muscle or a muscle spasm along the bottom of my feet. Not really painful but it gets to a dull ache after awhile. (seems to often accompany the hot/cold/tingly toes)
OK, sorry for this very minor rant

@lightningduck, it's the small, insignificant stuff that never goes away that can cause the most grief. This sounds like a neuropathic-type pain and can be managed by meds. Amitriptyline, Gabapentin, Pregabelen spring to mind, although the names may be different on your side of the pond.
Ooh @lightningduck I get nasty cramps in the bottoms ofmy feet too...and in my calves. It goes quickly but it's horrible. It's not a lame post at all. ★
