Any tips for improving short term memory?

I've been diagnosed for 6 months and one of the most noticeable things for me since my first relapse is that I've turned into a goldfish for instantly forgetting information that has just been said to me. It's particularly bad with people's names which I wasn't that great with beforehand, but now ju...

Postponing ocrevus

I was due my Ocrevus infusion in a couple of weeks, but following my pre treatment bloods, my neurologist and I have decided to postpone the treatment as the results show the levels of whatever it is they check for (I'm really not medically well versed 😆 and have the memory of a goldfish at the mom...

Hello MSrs

Hi. My real name is Anna and I was diagnosed three months ago, just before my 44th birthday. I've only had one relapse, but it was big, knocked me flat on my butt, and even after steriods, and now ocrevys, I'm still feeling it. I was always pretty healthy, no smoking, drinking, recreational subst...

Hello fellow MSers 👋

Hello everyone. My name is Jo and i’ve just signed up to the group. I was diagnosed last year but am only just starting to accept my future! I am very “low grade” at the moment with very minimal symptoms apart from having the memory of a goldfish!!

Waiting... A lot of waiting.

Hi there, very new to this site. I apologize to head this up with a question and I hope my English doesn't fail me. A very long story short, I've basically been non-functioning since mid-January (rough patch for about a month prior but I kind of managed). I had a similar bout of symptoms of this s...

PPMS Goodish/bad days?

Is it just me or is it the same for everyone with PPMS? I don't know whether I'm going to have a bad day or not until I get out there and try to do things, all of a sudden I find I'm having a bad or really bad day. No warning, no prediction, just bang here you go get on with it! Fortunately my wife ...

Potential partner is scared of catching feelings

I spent a lot of time with a woman for just over a year. Our relationship morphed through a friendship, to dating, to something in between. We are very close, she might be my deepest friend by now. I love her, and she knows it. Yesterday, she told me that she can see a future with me, BUT she is sca...
