PPMS Goodish/bad days?

Is it just me or is it the same for everyone with PPMS? I don't know whether I'm going to have a bad day or not until I get out there and try to do things, all of a sudden I find I'm having a bad or really bad day. No warning, no prediction, just bang here you go get on with it! Fortunately my wife understands and doesn't try to push me when she knows there will be no response from my useless body.

@jdd0310 , I'm Secondary Progressive (SPMS) and each new day is an adventure. I'm never sure how easy it's going to be to get out of bed, until I try. Then, I'm never sure how far my legs are going to take me, until I try. Like I say, each new day is an adventure. And, I too have a good wife. I'm not sure that she fully understands, but life would be intolerable without her.
