Feeling positive

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share a win I had over the weekend. I have been diagnosed with RRMS for 18 months now and it has been a rollercoaster of emotions and if I'm honest I haven't been dealing with it in the best way. I only told my immediate family and a couple of colleagues about my diag...

Feeling positive!

I've just had a good phone appointment with MS Nurse! Just wanted to share some hope in these trying times. There are many good people in the world (Despite the Trumps! 😏) Keep the faith MS-ers!

Feeling trapped but feeling positive

I was wondering if anyone else felt as trapped as i do in their own skin? I feel like I am a prisoner in my own skin most of the time and I was wondering if anyone had any advice. I mean I am positive about the things I can do and I love to learn new things so in that way I am never bored.

My Story

*LONG WINDED POST IM AFRAID * It's been 7 years since i was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I spent the first few months after that diagnosis on such strong painkillers, I was almost constantly nauseous and I struggled to get out of bed most days. I became depressed, because i felt like i couldnt do a...

The plus side

As I was checking in, the receptionist said: “At this hotel you cannot reserve sunbeds.” Then, pointing at me, she added: “But he can.” It wasn’t my superstar status that allowed me to break the rules, it was my wheelchair. This got me thinking that, as unbelievable as it sounds, there are some ‘ups...

Kesimpta

Had a phone call with the MS nurse this morning, she's getting in touch with the Kesimpta team, Hopefully I should be starting within the next 2 - 3 weeks 🙏 I'm feeling positive about it now and a little apprehensive, how's everybody found it once starting Kesimpta?

Small changes

I am trying to reduce my fatigue and depression. I've recently been trying laughter yoga for mood. It's great and only takes a few minutes, then sets me up for the day. I'm also trying to be more thoughtful with what I put into my body. I'm trying to learn about Ayurveda as a way of being. The smal...
