Small changes

I am trying to reduce my fatigue and depression. I've recently been trying laughter yoga for mood. It's great and only takes a few minutes, then sets me up for the day. I'm also trying to be more thoughtful with what I put into my body. I'm trying to learn about Ayurveda as a way of being. The small changes I've made have already improved my fatigue. I now don't eat after 6:30, means my body can work on healing instead of digestion through the night. I've also started exercising again, my body and my brain. I use a static bike every other day. I'm reading, doing sudoku and learning Spanish on an app. Feeling positive and cognitively bright ๐ŸŒž
