Supplements/diet advice

Hi, I just wanted to know if anyone had any recommendations regarding any supplements or vitamins or diet? I'm aware it's all a bit different for everyone but I figured any advice would be a start and would be greatly appreciated. My MS nurse just suggested vitamin d which I have and I do take some others already, but as I say, any information would be cosmic! Happy Sunday! Ps. It's irrelevant but it says I'm posting from Workington, but it's actually sunny Blackpool! I can't change it for some reason.

Hi, I've found a lots of information on YouTube, and I've started gluten and dairy free diet, started drinking green smoothies, (ginger, tumeric, spinach, celery, flax seeds, chia seeds and lots of other different ingredients), also following recommendations as taking D3, C, B6, B12 vitamins, Magnesium. I've noticed after 2-3 months as I am more energetic, less tiredness.
