OMS Diet
Hi. Hope you’re all ok this Saturday. I’m looking to make changes to my diet and have been reading about the benefits of the OMS diet, in particular cutting out dairy. This will be hard for me as. Love milk in drinks, eggs and cheese. Does anyone have any thoughts or experiences pls?
Hello, I'm an avid follower of the OMS diet. Yes it's difficult to miss out on dairy, red meat and poultry BUT looking at the evidence in the OMS book left me with little doubt that it's the best diet for me. Also there are so many plant based milks on the market now and with OMS recommending eating more fish and shellfish there's nothing better.
Hi, I have given up dairy and cut down on meat, next step is to give that up all together too! love oat milk and, as it turns out soya yoghurts are great too! I really expected it to be harder than is is but agree with @KrishnaAlexander, the evidence is really compelling! ps eggs aren’t dairy, which was a lovely, unexpected surprise 😊
