We all seem to be struggling a bit at the moment. Can you all give me one positive thing It could be anything just one glimmer of light? Mine is the local bakery had two bakewell croissants left this morning one for me and my daughter! Small victories every day.

How To Cope?

I have had MS for years -diagnosed 1999. My husband has Parkinsons Disease. It’s so hard to cope - I try to be positive - he is always negative! Any advice?
