When it comes to the 15th of every month. I get nervous to do my injection. I feel so down and nervous I keep thinking why me all the time But when I have done it I feel better about it

Hi everyone I have been feeling sick like am about to throw up but I don’t as I have been given anti sickness tablets so they do help but have been on them for nearly 2 years is that normal is anyone experiencing the same ?

I was diagnosed 5 years ago roughly with RRMS. I do deal with it best I can but does anyone know any groups or just folk who can listen or talk I know this is basically this group but I'm talking about out of this ???

I exercise sleep well and eat the right stuff but I’m still miles off normality .and take a dmt once monthly ,feels like it’s all for nothing

I was diagnosed with ms 4 years ago and had only 1 MRI done during that time is that normal?? I also have one new lesson during thous 4 years is that a common thing
