When it comes to the 15th of every month. I get nervous to do my injection. I feel so down and nervous
I keep thinking why me all the time
But when I have done it
I feel better about it

I absolutely hate needles and infusions days feel like Impending doom rolling towards me. I tell myself its the lesser of the two evils and allow myself bad food on infusion days as a small reward sorta thing.
@Irish34 thank you x it’s just I don’t mind the needle it’s a eppie pen I use But it’s thought of thinking about it why me I know it’s only 10 secs quick
