Advice
I was diagnosed 5 years ago roughly with RRMS. I do deal with it best I can but does anyone know any groups or just folk who can listen or talk I know this is basically this group but I'm talking about out of this ???

@laura2108 i know what it's like to need a listening ear. What mine neurologist told me is to stay active until my body tells me I can no longer do certain things. I keep on doing my best to be my best. This ailment will take us all down. But we just gotta keep getting back up.
