YOGA..

Dear all, I am a students of LCC, recently I am doing a project to improve dealing with symptoms. I would love to know if anyone here does yoga to help deal with certain symptoms and to ease stress?

Hi @Chia-Chien. I think that any form of relaxation exercises help with MS. Have done meditation, tai chi and chi kung before all with a positive effect, but my dedication to any of those doesn't last! I think meditation was the most successful, but as always, i get distracted and lose the positive effects :(
