Neuropathic pain, what helps??

Hi everyone, I’m new to shift MS so not too sure how it all works! I’m 17 years old, I was diagnosed in February of this year and still coming to terms with the new adaptations to my life. I’m currently taking tysabri and about to start hydrotherapy, what helps best with neuropathic pain??

I'm looking for advice regarding neuropathic pain and various drug options. The pain in my legs is driving me crazy but I am loathe to take drugs with a myriad of side effects. Are there any reasonable options or is it trial and error?

Neuropathic pain left arm

Hi hope all is well I have been suffering with neuropathic pain my left arm for about two weeks. I had my second dose of ocrevus on Thursday. My neurologist doesn't want to prescribe steroids. Does anyone have any helpful tips for the neuropathic pain ? Thanks
