Hey everybody. Ocrevus for 2 years and sadly didn't work now spine been really attacked from t11 and lower. Now neurologist has mentioned Tysabri as the next option after the Ocrevus fail. I was on tysabri injections every 4 weeks but I have now become JC virus positive so they switched me to every 6 weeks I have opted to switch treatment (can't remember the name) but I injections myself it's every month & I no longer have to go to the hospital which is a bonus!! I had my third infusion of Tysabri today and I’m noticing the side effects getting worse than before. Is anyone else on Tysabri? What are your experiences? I was also curious on when they started to feel the full effects of it. Did it take 6 months to a year until you felt the positive change?

Hello I am new on here. I am on tysabri the question is if I tested positive to JCV what other DMT's are available in the UK 🇬🇧 I've been on ocrevus they had to take me off it as it wasn't working quick enough, so I don't think they'll put me back on that. Thank you for your time
