Does anyone eles not find hard to fall asleep but to stay asleep then go back to sleep 🫣 it’s driving me insane. I’m relapsing at the moment so every day for the past 13 weeks I’ve been servely dizzy. And being tired it only Making it worse 😞😞

Im newly diagnosed and im really struggling to sleep, i think its due to being anxious as i can’t pin point anything in particular that would be keeping me awake and its only got this bad since i found out i have ms, has anyone got any tips to help? I desperately need to start sleeping again.

I desperately want to sleep, I'm tired out but I just can't switch off, it's not all the time but when it hits it sucks. Does anyone else have this problem?
