Intimacy issues

So my husband and I had another talk about how I don’t go to him to cuddle or show intimacy. He knows how hard it is at the end of the day. His sleeping schedule is need at 3am and wake up at 1pm, so it’s hard for me. He told me I had to sleep on the couch until it improves. I know I have issues wit...

Sharp pain

Since I’m the ONLY one in my family to have ever gotten MS, I’m not really sure if this is a symptom. But just today while laying down trying to sleep, I got a really sharp pain on the bottom of my right foot and right side and just now my collarbone got a pain in it.

They couldn’t see my neurologist for two weeks so advised me to go to my GP for advice. I went to my GP who told me it’s specialist medication and needs...

Does it ever get better?(mini rant)

I’ve recently been diagnosed with RRMS. It’s been a rough couple of months that led to my diagnosis and it has taken every ounce in me and more to just hold it together and not let my life fall apart. According to my neuro I’ve had like three relapses in less than three months and have a lot of inf...

Fatigue

Feeling frustrated. I’m so over this fatigue. All I’m doing is sleeping. I went from being a very active person to just sleeping. I asked my neurologist about Modifinal and she said there’s nothing I can do and it’s all stress related. I talked to my PCP and she said she can ask another doctor about...

Two and a half years through

Hi, I've not been here for ages because it wasn't good for my mental health. I just really needed a safe space to vent. I'm on the maximum dose of Sertraline at the moment but I don't feel that it's helping enough. I was diagnosed with RRMS in December 2022 and my life has completey changed sin...

Do we sleep anymore

I try to sleep and no matter what… it is always night after night….. the sweat 😓 The painful zaps ⚡️ ripples from head to toe… the tightness and sensation of being turned into an arachnid maybe… I don’t know what I’m feeling…. I feel lost…. But I’m still here… I’m frustrated and still happy and gr...
