Can anyone here with rrms sleep in off a morning?

I wish I could sleep longer in the mornings but since being diagnosed with this I can’t sleep in anymore. Anyone else like this?

I lost it and exploded today, I try to do so much today, I blew up and lost it, does anyone have days like this, not sleep well atm, feeling like I'm watching from the outside, honestly I don't know what to do anything, I'm feeling hopeless and useless 😞

Hot flashes on the head.i don’t know if this is the right word for it.

Does anyone feel hot flashes on the head? Maybe while eating or immediately after you wake up from sleep.

How to deal with the less sleeping and eating?

I'm a poet and didn't know it, lol

I once had a brain with no lesions Which was fab for a number of reasons I could run, I had balance, kept my house like a Palace But now I could sleep through the seasons Zzzzzzzzz

Lower back pain.

I would advise anyone whether a fellow MS patient or not to check their sleeping position. If you sleep on your side and have your top leg well over your bottom leg your spine is not straight. I would purchase a knee pillow from Amazon to help you sleep straight. OK doesn't completely cure pain part...

I woke up outta my sleep due to my left arm feeling numb.. like a tight feeling as if I should crack my knuckles but I never cracked my knuckles. To try and stand to tingly feet. Like a static tv .. my next appointment is Tuesday..
