I have high sensitivity in my left chest which means I can only sleep in very set positions and the duvet touching my chest used to wake me. But I’ve been surprised how the body finds a way and I sleep much better now. It’s waking up I dread. Mornings are awful mostly but, again, when you get the old legs going, you always find a way. The fatigue is weird though isn’t it and not connected to sleep so, when it strikes, I do tend to spend a lot of sleepless hours just lying there! Good luck with your sleeping!
Sleeping! I fall asleep okay, but staying asleep can be a challenge. I often feel sleepy in the day and require a nap. This then has a knock on effect of the quality of sleep at night. Managing sleep can be a full time job. I’m a “just go with it” kind of person, so just sleep when I feel like it. I end up watching some interesting tv in the early hours 😆. Hope you can find a way to manage it.
