Sleep
Does anyone have any tips to help with lack of sleep. I have been really struggling with my sleep since diagnosed and for a while previous to diagnosis. Any help is appreciated

Hi Amy, sadly I don’t have no really advice. I’ve been struggling myself recently. I find I have my best chance of sleeping if I put my devices down 30 minutes to an hour before sleeping and read a book, if you’re not fan of books maybe try a magazine or colouring :) I hope it helps x
I have struggled with this. I have tried several things. Tope thing I do is I can go to sleep listening to a podcast or audio book which provides background noise and stops my mind wondering to unhelpful things. I use relaxation breathing techniques which I use in pilates. I have downloaded a sleep app which shows what times your sleep cyvoescare which is interesting. And I have started a diary which empties my head before bed! Generally I am sleeping better I think. Good luck x
