Does anyone eles not find hard to fall asleep but to stay asleep then go back to sleep 🫣 it’s driving me insane. I’m relapsing at the moment so every day for the past 13 weeks I’ve been servely dizzy. And being tired it only

I'm fairly new with MS but I have issues with staying asleep after waking for a brief time
Hello I’m awaiting my diagnosis and will find out Friday the results from my mri scan. Yes I have trouble staying asleep. I either need the toilet every 20-30 mins or my arms and legs are so numb and painful it wakes me up. It’s so debilitating isn’t it. The next day you just feel exhausted 😩 and struggle all day long after a bad night only to be anxious that you’re going to suffer again that night to. I hate feeling like this, so I totally sympathise with you. 🫶🏽
