MS fitness I think I've turned a corner

Physical activity has been the last thing on my mind for some time now. I mean doing more than Pilates or Yoga seemed unachievable. I used to be reasonably fit playing 5aside football every week and enjoying doing contact sports like rugby. Since being diagnosed the first 2 years where difficult but...

Yesterday my Garmin basically said RELEASE THE HOUNDS 🐺

So I did. PBs broken. Weights shifted. Felt like Superman. 43 years old, 90 months into MS and absolutely flying. 💪 Fast forward to this morning… Sleep: 4 hours 24 minutes Body Battery: 45 Children: Awake Whose turn is it to get up? Mine. 😂 And just like that, Superman has been recalled by managem...

I use MyFitnessPal, although its kind of geared toward weight management I find it great as just a diet management but I don't know if anyone uses anything else? I...

I go to lots of fitness classes 🧡😁. I go to 2 yoga classes, one Pilates class, go to a dance and body workout class and I swim once or twice a day . It definitely helps with my Ms 🧡👍. How many of you keep active and fit?

Have you done any fitness today?

I have a problem running, plus I'm pretty rubbish at it too! So I bought a Cross Trainer and this morning I did 30 minutes on it. Where there's a will there's a way! Once my legs stop feeling like jelly I'm sure I'll feel great! What have you done today?
