Any fitness goals? Interested to hear them

Happy new year everyone 👋 just wondering if anyone has thought about getting fitter in the new year and how you plan to do that given the challenges MS presents?

I challenge myself to do a bit of yoga and pilates every other morning and would recommend yoga to anyone with MS. It's such a good way to exercise and also strengthen your physical and mental health. But, I think the best advice is to listen to your body and focus on what you can do, and build from there.

@Katherineee thanks for reminding me I need to give yoga and will do in coming weeks! Yes listen to the body but also don’t freak out too much if symptoms are exacerbated. Just need to make sure to schedule in some rest after if planning to push it a little and everything will return to normal.
