I can't Feel My Feet !!!!!

On a recent trip to Orlando I used a mobility scooter and got fed up hearing “Can he .......” said to my wife, I’m here and can speak for myself. At least in Japan for the Rugby World Cup in a wheelchair we could’nt understand them or they spoke to me! The phrase “Can he (or they) ..............? Ha...
