Brainfog and Fatigue

This cannot be explained to anyone who doesn't have M.S. I wish to be having normal conversations about anything and not get tongue tied. Think before speaking and hope no one looks the other way. A big issue for me at the moment.

Keeping MS a secret - coping strategies

Hi all, I've had MS for just over 2 years and I feel my life is at a road block. I'm after some coping strategies as every so often I feel anxious, overwhelmed and like I have no where to turn to pick myself back up.
